Welcome to the Eclectic Entrepreneurs
I just listened to the ‘Welcome to the Eclectic Entrepreneurs’ video. And I have to say, “WOW”!
I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life – professional cake decorator, owner of a kindergarten, 24 years in two MLM companies, writer, author, teacher, speaker and coach to mention a few. Can I say that the information Heidi shared about this platform blew me away!
First, this is a platform for entrepreneurs to help, teach and support one another. Who does that? No racing to the top by stepping on someone else. No dumbing down the competition. Just people with a message to share lending each other a hand. And the classes are so diverse that anyone, entrepreneur or not would benefit.
Second, you can connect weekly without leaving your home. I’ve been attending events for ten years. Every few years I take a sabbatical for a few months because I am tired of classes, seminars, and events. The connections are wonderful, and it makes you feel terrific – for two or three days. But then you head home to reality. You are alone.
Most beginning entrepreneurs and even some of us who have been around a long time feel alone some of the time. When I was talking to my husband about this part of the platform, I felt a bit weepy. It’s hard to be constantly looking for a mastermind group, a friend, some support, answers, or just plain friendship.
Here you have it every week. You can connect to others just like yourself on the weekly Connection Calls, up close and personal. You can pick each other’s brains. You can ask for ideas, field questions, share what you know and help someone else.
Third, it is SO cost-effective. Last year I spent $1200 with a company that seemed to have what I needed. They didn’t. When I talked with the company they replied, “We thought early on that might be the case.” With that same investment, I could have spent one full year on the Eclectic Entrepreneurs platform, taking classes on exactly what I needed and then running any problems or questions past other entrepreneurs that are here. And there are over 100 of them currently. You can also get a firsthand taste of what you think you need and make sure it is what you need. What a deal!
