ABOUT FANNY

I am a licensed Occupational Therapist, a certified mindfulness Neuro-Coach and a certified instructor in the art of Qi-Gong, committed to bringing together mindfulness techniques and brain research-based tools to show my clients how to tame their unfocused brain, achieve mental clarity and focus, increase their self-esteem and promote emotional resilience to create greater balance and a meaningful life. 

I have had a life-long interest in learning and applying alternative, holistic methods of healing. I am passionate about incorporating mindfulness-based strategies into my personal life and professional practice.
For the past 24 years, I have dedicated myself to empower children and adults by teaching them to develop new skills and enhance their quality of life. As an occupational therapist, I have been working with strategies to motivate and inspire students and adults to excel within their academics and personal lives, educating teachers and parents as well.

In addition to being the author of the e-book Practical Neuro-Wisdom “Chaos to Clarity: Taming the Unfocused Brain- 7 Mindfulness Strategies to Promote Well Being and Calm, Creative Focus”, I also enjoy bringing awareness and integration of science-based strategies to teachers, counselors, coaches and mindfulness-based stress reduction training to promote wellness in the corporate environment. I am fluent in English and Spanish and Hebrew.
