ABOUT SUE

I am Sue Pierson, Certified Health Coach. I specialize in women’s hormone imbalance, endometriosis and PCOS. I became passionate about being a health coach after suffering with my own endometriosis and other health issues. I pursued the path of holistic health many years ago and was able to reverse my endometriosis, weight gain, anxiety and depression.

I have mentored and coached many people to reclaim their own health through the power of habit change. Maybe you are like me and don’t want to take RX drugs or resort to surgery and know there must be a better way. In this training series, I will share with you the research and strategies that I learned to reclaim my health and wellness.

We are all creatures of habit. We have our routines and many times do not even think of the consequences of our daily choices. Throughout this training, I will provide you with information and homework that will empower you to make changes that can have a lasting impact on your future health.
